Project Overview

Sharing music brings people together, but modern platforms have become impersonal and unexciting. Mosh makes collaborative listening fun again, allowing users to discover songs and make connections with the people around them.

A Mosh is a collaborative playlist available for online access by anyone in bluetooth proximity of its host. Moshes can be hosted anywhere— in cafes, gyms, and bars, even at home or in the office. While using the app, users can navigate Moshes, add songs to the queue, and interact with the listeners they share everyday spaces with.

The compatible speaker enhancesthe experience by playing Moshes out loud for all to hear (and see). The responsive speaker not only streams music, but mimics interaction with the app, changing color with the addition of new songs, and letting you know when someone's a fan.
